We have collapsed the waveform! Prints, postcards and posters will be heading out by Monday. Huzzah!
As for the deck itself, we have sent the files to the printer and are breathlessly awaiting proofs. The science-only write-ups are chugging along, more slowly than I'd like because we handmake our Solstice gifts in this house so I am doing twelve things at once. Speaking of which, if you like my art style and want to enjoy it during the holiday, I wrote a seasonal children's book called The Solstice Badger. It's available on Amazon--or from my Etsy shop ( www.etsy.com/shop/bitethepaintbrush ) if you want it signed!

Preparing for the Next Bit

The holidays are upon us! In my family we celebrate Solstice as well as Christmas. There's a ton of things to do in preparation. And, though they're growing up rapidly, we do have five kids to buy and make presents for, so December is always a wild ride. I'm getting my ducks in a row to send out posters and prints next week, and the book is still coming along, slowly but surely. I'm prepping the files to send to the card printers, and everything is happening at once! It's so exciting!
I'll do an update when the first shipment goes out. And whatever you're celebrating, I hope you are having a wonderful time.

I am so happy to be teamed up with Backerkit. It means that if anybody wants a poster or print or deck that they couldn't put in their pledge back in October, they can do it now. And we can even take new orders this way, so tell your friends!

We are going with Backerkit!
This is my first time, so bear with me. I need to add all my items to my preorder store and backer survey, and get all the backstage stuff sorted out. It's all new to me! So exciting! And a bit intimidating.
Our survey will launch on November 14th, if all goes well. Wish me luck and stay tuned😊

I'll post an order of events tomorrow, after talking to my project manager. I do know that postcards, prints and posters will be ready to ship soonest. More information will be forthcoming but FIRST I've got to dance on this table for a while!
